GOVARDHAN PALACE APARTMENTS

Govardhan Palace Apartments (across from our temple on West 34th St.) are ready for occupancy. If you are planning to spend more time near the temple, we are delighted to offer you rental apartments. If you are ready to take on a healthy lifestyle, this is the place for you. Alcohol, smoking (tobacco products) and animal protein (including fish and eggs) in your diet will not be allowed at our apartments.

There are 21 units in one building.  Each building (4 buildings are planned) will provide:

  1. 6 studio units (428 sq. ft.) @ $850 per month
  2. 6 1-bedroom units (825 sq. ft.) @ $1150 per month
  3. 6 2-bedroom and 2 bathrooms units (1125 sq. ft.) @ $1550 per month, and
  4. 3 3-bedroom and 2 bathrooms units (1410 sq. ft.) @ $1850 per month

For the first 15 annual lease signed, we will offer $100 off per month for the first 12 months.

Please note: These apartment units are available for annual (and more) lease and not for temporary housing/lodging. These units are NOT available for visitor lodging as well.
