Govardhan Palace Apartments (across from our temple on West 34th St.) are ready for occupancy. If you are planning to spend more time near the temple, we are delighted to offer you rental apartments. If you are ready to take on a healthy lifestyle, this is the place for you. Alcohol, smoking (tobacco products) and animal protein (including fish and eggs) in your diet will not be allowed at our apartments. Please contact us to check availability.

There are 21 units in one building. Each building (4 buildings are planned) will provide:

1-bedroom Units
6 1-bedroom units (825 sq. ft.) @ $1300 per month (Floor Plan)
2-bedroom units
6 2-Bedroom 2 Bathroom units (1125 sq. ft.) @ $1750/month (Floor Plan)
3-bedroom units
3 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom units (1410 sq. ft) @ $2050/month (Floor Plan)
